TG 2208 NE POTTERGATE (south side) 15/635 5.6.72. No. 52 GV II House (under renovation at the time of re-survey). C18 with C19 east extension. Red brick and pantile roof. 3 storeys. 5 bays plus single bay extension. Central door with rusticated surround and pedi- ment supported on scroll consoles. Keystone in the form of a female head. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Fascia cornice. Hipped roof over C18 block. 3 rooms with fielded plaster panelling, 1 room fine coved cornice with swag.
