C18. Small mill building with a house attached on the west end, of lower height.

On the north elevation the mill has a small window on either side of a doorway opening, on 2 floors, and an opening on the east side at the ground floor which exposes the deep wheel housing: the house has a catslide roof with a door and small windows. The south elevation of the house is 2 storeyed, with a window on either side of the central doorway. The mill having 2 upper windows, a door- way and the east side opening to the wheel housing. Red tile roof. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, cambered openings, timber-framed upper gables.
