Terrace house and attached area railings. c1817. Ashlar over brick with concealed roof, right brick party-wall stack and iron railings. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 2 first-floor windows. First-floor band. First floor has 6/6 sashes. Ground floor has tripartite window an 8/8 between 2/2 sash. All windows in plain reveals and with sills. Entrance to left: 6-panel door (upper 4 panels raised and fielded, lower 2 are flush) with overlight with margin-lights. Crowning frieze, cornice and blocking course. Basement has 4/8 sash and concealed entrance.

INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: arrow-head area railings with urn finials to stanchions supplied by Wheeler. Forms a group with and abuts Masonic Lodge (qv).
