Early C18, partly rebuilt. Red Drick, hipped old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 1 flush sash window with glazing bars. Enlarged ground floor window has 3 lights, soldier arch. Included for group value.

Nos 28 to 36 (even), Yard Wall to No 36 and No 36A form a group with the United Reformed church and Nos 1 and 3 Lower King Street.
