Cottage. C18, altered C20. Coursed squared limestone, C20 plain-tile roof, brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. 3-light casement window to ground floor left, 2-light casements to ground floor right, and small 2-light casement in dormer, all with wood lintels. Casement window to ground floor far right replaces door. C20 porch to left side. Interior has stop-chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
