Farmhouse, now house. C18 with earlier origins, eaves raised and re-windowed C19, further C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared limestone, partly banded with ironstone, asbestos slate roof, brick end and ridge stacks. 3-unit plan.

2-store, 2-window range with 1-bay extension. Central C20 glazed door, 4 tripartite sash windows to ground floor, 2 casement windows to first floor imitating tripartite sashes, all with wood lintels; those to first floor stop-chamfered. Slightly lower coursed squared ironstone extension to right.

Slate roof extends over weatherboarded loft above carriage arch to right which joins house to barn. 5-bay barn of coursed squared ironstone with corrugated iron roof has central double-leaf opposed plank doors with wood lintels.
