Restored C15 framed structure with plastered elevation facing road with incised diamond shaped ornament. Random stone plinth. 1st floor oversailing and supported on restored corner brackets. 2 storeys. Hip tiled roof brought down at side as lean-to with tile hanging.

South elevation. Brick with stone plinth. Eaves and modern bracketed gutter.

2 modern hip tiled dormers. Modern square parted leaded casements in wooden frames throughout.

Chapman's Farmhouse and Well Cottage form a group.
