House. Late Cl8 4-storeyed stuccoed timber-framing with cellars, a moulded wood string at the 3rd floor and a parapet. Each floor has a 3-light sash window, that on the 1st floor having a late Cl8 moulded architrave. There is a moulded wood door frame with a scroll bracketed hood and rectangular traceried light over.

All the listed buildings on the South Side form a group.
