Formerly Knight's Almshouses. Dated 1869. One storey. Four windows. Faced with rough flints with red brick dressings and quoins. Tiled roof. Casement windows with latticed panes. The end window-bays project with scallopped bargeboards.

Central projecting porch with similar gable containing the Pelham cartouche.

The other gables have the date and the initials "MC".
