Aligned approx. E-W, aspect N, with central chimney stack and external chimney stack at E end. Lean-to extension at middle of rear wall, roofed with corrugated asbestos, with chimney stack at S end, C19. Single-storey with attics. Plain boarded door at front of lean-to porch, 4 C19/20 casement windows. 2 more in flat-roofed dormers. Gambrel roof.
