Mid C19, formerly one building. 3 storeys and basement. 4 windows. Yellow stock brick. Stucco cornice and blocking course. Architraved 1st and 2nd floor casement windows, 1st floor with cornices. No 21, ground floor with modern stone bank frontage (Lloyds Bank). No 23, original wooden shopfront with pilasters carrying entablature with wreaths in fascia-frieze; shop window and doorway altered. Entablature carried over good entrance between premises.
