5140 (west side) No 1 (Hollydene) TL 31 68 19/32 II GV 2.

Early C19 double fronted house. Yellow gault brick; low pitch hipped slate roof, two rear stacks. First-floor range of three recessed hung sash windows with glazing bars in cambered arches. Two full length casement windows with margin glazing bars flank closed brick porch with tented metal hood and three-panelled door.
