Wash-house. 1900-01. By William Huckvale for Charles Rothschild. Coursed squared stone with hipped thatch roof and stone stack. Plank door faces rear of East Lodge (qv). Part of the significant group of the model estate buildings of Ashton built by Charles Rothschild.
