Farmhouse. Probably C17 with C18, C19 and late C20 alterations.

Roughly coursed sandstone rubble and hipped Welsh slate roofs with brick end stacks. Rectangular plan aligned roughly east/west. Cellar, two storeys and attics. Garden front to north, has three windows, 6-pane case- ments, many late C20; central one probably C18, the two centre ones raised above the level of the outer windows, beneath are two 2-light mullioned openings to cellar, probably C17; entry on south side up tallet stairs to the right of ledged door to cellar and another 2-light mullioned window.

Attached to east is an early C19 extension consisting of a lean-to and gabled single-storey block.
