5104 Edgbaston B15 No 14 SP 0548 NE 49/9 No 14 II GV 2.

Circa 1840-50, substantial, detached stucco villa, set back in large garden with coach house linked to north-west side by screen wall yard entrance. Two storeys with hipped slate roof on flat eaves, corniced chimney stacks.

South-west front has 2 full height canted bays with roof hipped over them.

Plinth, channelled ground floor and 1st floor sill band. Revealed sash window with later C19 glazing. Same details to 3 bay north-west side with an engaged Greek Doric column doorway and deep entablature; flight of steps flanked by urns. South-east 3 bay garden elevation with a 2 storey canted bay.
