Late C18/early C19. Red brick; tiled roof. Two storeys; 3 bays. Ground floor with central panelled door within a fretted porch and 2 segment headed sash windows with glazing bars. First floor with central 3 pane and two 4 pane sash windows.

Wide wooden eaves with flat modillions.
