Circa 1820. 3 storeys with basement; gault brick; slate roof; 3 windows, glazing bars; flat arch to doorway, 6-panelled door; rectangular fanlight; front of house divided into 3 bays by long recessed panels. Cast-iron spear- head railings along street front, plain railings to steps. (RCHM 227).
All the listed buildings on the South Side of Jesus Lane form a group.
