Probably C17 structure with altered 2 storey, 5 window first. Patent pantile roof, one dormer, ashlar stack. Recent casements. Wide doorway with hood on brackets, the upper part altered, flush-panelled door with upper 2 panels glazed.

All the listed buildings on the North Side of Greenhill from Newell Cottage to Belmont: and on the South Side from Delta to premises occupied by Godden and Curtis form a group.
