CHEAP STREET 1.

1625 (South West Side) Nos 10 to 14 (even) No 14A [Warwick House] No 16 ST 6316 1/40 II GV 2.

Three 2-storey stuccoed fronts, no 12 of stone rubble. External detail is early C19 but the structures are in part C17 or earlier. No 10. tile roof. 2 sash windows without glazing bars to 1st floor. 2 shop windows to either side of central doorway. Doorway with moulded stuccoed frame and keystone; half-glazed door. No 12: stone rubble front. 2 windows on 1st floor. 1 modern box dormer. On ground floor, central 6-flush-panelled door flanked by panelled pilasters with angle roundels and surmounted by entablature. Small shop window to either side of doorway; small C19 splayed shop window to right hand with shutter groove, entablature and fluting to frame. Nos 14, 14A and 16: together comprise one block with 3 windows to 1st floor. Parapet. Slate roof. Doorway to Warwick House (No 14A) has fluted pilasters, angle roundels and cornice; 6-flush panelled door in flush-panelled reveals. No 14 has large plate-glass shop front. No 16 has C19 shop window with doorway to left of it; panelled pilasters and entablature; two doors of 3-flush panels each.

Nos 2 to 30 (even) and Nos 34 to 50 (even) form a group.
