1909. Architect W Romaine Walker. Forms one composition around 2 sides of a courtyard with All Saints Church (qv) with which it shares a common entrance. Ashlar with rusticated treatment and sandstone dressings. Slate roof with eaves cornice. Stone chimney. 4 windows with mullion and transom, leaded glazing., Grade II for group value with church.
All Saints Church, the Church Hall and De la Warr House form a group.
