Early C20. Architect Sir Aston Webb. Originally built as a church hall. 1 storey and attics. Ground floor red brick. Upper part of ground floor timber frame.

Steeply pitched tiled roof with 1 left side dormer with casement window and an enormous protruding timber framed gable with casement at the top. Massive brick chimney breasts. 4 sash windows and 4 small casement windows in brick base below the gable. Doorcase has curved pediment with shell moulded tympanum supported on wooden console brackets. Double wooden doors.
