Mid C18. 2 storeys, attic and basement, 3 windows. Hipped, slate roof of moderately high pitch with 2 flat dormers. Stucco with parapet. Moulded architraves to renewed sash windows in flush frames. 4 steps to door, of 4 glazed and 2 fielded panels, in panelled reveal. Roman Doric porch. Late C19 2-storey, 1-window wing at right.

All the listed buildings on the West Side of Crooms Hill from Nos 54 to 68 form a group.
