Former White Hart Hotel, High Street, Edgware HA8 - Harrow
C17 three-storey stuccoed building with a hipped tile roof and wooden eaves cornice. It is closed and no longer in use. The upper floors are in a poor condition after unauthorised works and there are holes in the walls and ceilings. A new leaseholder took over in 2020. Further unauthorised works were carried out during Covid-19 Lockdown. The Local Planning Authority halted these and carried out enforcement action and are awaiting an appeal decision relating to this. Further unlawful works were undertaken in 2022 and 2023. The Local Planning Authority is carrying out enforcement action.
