Oddfellows Hall, Ker Street, Devonport - Plymouth, City of (UA)

Hall built 1823 by John Foulston, in the Egyptian style. Part of a group with the Guildhall and Devonport Column. Egyptian columns flank a central, recessed porch. Currently used as a social club and in poor repair. Historic England grant-aided a feasibility study and emergency repairs to the roof, completed in 2007. The ownership has transferred but the building remains in a very poor state with major leaking from the roof, and some windows boarded up. Historic England is in active discussion with the owner about the future of the building.
