Buckshaw Hall, Euxton Lane (off), Euxton - Chorley

Timber-framed former manor house dating from early C17 and restored in 1885. Unoccupied since World War II. Structural repairs to the exterior were completed several years ago, but work to the interior ceased and the house remains unoccupied, with detached panelling and mud floors. Planning permission obtained to build four houses in the grounds in order to fund completion of the repair scheme.
