Calverley Old Hall, 14-24, Woodhall Road - Leeds

Medieval manor house with C15 Great Hall, solar wing and chapel, also later extensions and alterations. The unoccupied buildings are generally in poor condition and the timber-framed solar wing was of particular concern. A design team has worked up proposals for repair and conversion as holiday lets for the Landmark Trust. Listed Building Consent has been granted. Culture Recovery Fund and National Lottery Heritage Fund grants have been awarded. Work has started on site with the roof being the first item to be repaired reducing the risk of damage to the building.
