Shodfriars Hall, 2 and 4, South Street - Boston

Former Guild Hall, c1400. C17 additions. Restored and extended by John Oldrid Scott and George Gilbert Scott Jnr 1873-75 for Boston Conservative Club, adding theatrical hall to the rear. Following Historic England funded investigations, urgently necessary works at high level have been attended to. Further repairs are required to the roof and throughout the building. The new owner has undertaken some repairs, alterations and fit-out to accommodate new uses and the building is now partly in use.
