Wick House, Richmond Hill, Richmond - Richmond upon Thames

Designed by Sir William Chambers circa 1772 for Sir Joshua Reynolds. Planning Permission has been granted to convert the building from a nurses' home to a single residence. Agreed stabilisation works have taken place to address significant cracks in the later Victorian wing. Further applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have been approved but no work has taken place on site. Protection measures have been put in place to prevent damage from any falling masonry adjacent to Petersham Woods, and the building has been made more secure.
