Church of St Mary, Ashby Road, Coleorton, Coleorton - North West Leicestershire
Parish church with C14 and C15 work restored c1850 sitting adjacent to Coleorton Hall. Joints in the guttering and downpipes have failed in places leading to saturation of surrounding stonework and the basal courses of the walls. There is also considerable moss growth at plinth level on the north side of the tower and the drainage channels are not working efficiently. The interior of the church is damp and the plaster work to the walls and ceiling has failed in places. The Parochial Church Council are considering options.
