Church of St Thomas, Mamhead - Teignbridge

Parish church. Probably C13 or earlier in origin with surviving early windows in the chancel, C15 three-bay north aisle, south transept (now the baptistery) probably C13 or C14 but much altered, C15 tower. C19 restorations including one attributable to Anthony Salvin. Red sandstone and grey limestone rubble and red sandstone dressings and slate roofs. Works to repair stonework and remove ivy were undertaken in 2017-2018; further work to high level stonework required.
