Church of St Peter and St Paul, Church Lane, Chacombe - West Northamptonshire (UA)
C14 church. Probably all one build but some later windows. C14 wall painting depicting Crucifixion of St Peter; possibly more undiscovered. Generally well maintained but the building has been subject to heritage crime. Several roofs require permanent repair solutions and rainwater goods require attention. On-going structural issues to the south aisle require urgent repairs, chancel movement is being monitored. PCC keen to effect repairs and is working with the Diocesan Historic Church Support Officer to explore funding options.
