A series of thirteen sheets concerning designs for a proposed new stairway to be affixed to the exterior wall of the tower, created between September 1966 and February 1968.
The design process appears to have been initiated by the Ministry of Public Buildings and Works, generating the earlier drawings, then passing to a company called F A Norris and Company Limited, manufacturers of iron staircases, who took the latter part of the process on.
