The sketch is a reflected view of what seems to be a ground glass base plate for an object, seen from below. It is a sketch design for costing purposes, and is labelled with some design proposals. It is part of the 'Nursery Floor Scheme' and so might be related to the rough sketches in item MP/OSH0495, but there does not seem to be any more direct relationship between the items.
