Description

The plan is based upon an Ordnance Survey map, 'Hants XC.N.W. and Hants XC.N.E'. Parts of the estate are shaded to correspond to the key, which records sales to F.C. Tillet in 1922 and Major Birkbeck in 1924 and 1928, and the transfer of the Royal Naval College to the Commissioners of Crown Lands in 1926. Other parts of the estate are recorded as being under the control of the Commissioners of Works. On the back 'Neg 4390/2' is written in blue crayon.
