Offices and shop. Later C18. Local lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone ashlar, some painted; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables, stone end chimney stacks. Three storeys; 3 bays, with a one bay 2-storey extension to west.
Slight plinth, band courses between floors, heavy moulded cornice with secret gutter: 16-pane sash windows in architraved surrounds each with single small keystone; central 6-panel door in semi-circular arched recess framed with architrave complete with impost and keystone, set under radial glazed fanlight; projecting open stone porch with lonic columns and pilasters, ashlar panel infills to sides; to lower bay 3 small shopfront with 30 pane display window and part glazed door to right in deep recess, fluted side pilasters, plain fascia with thin hood; extension has 3 centre voussoired arch below, with sliding doors behind; above a 16-pane sash window in architrave, of different proportions to remainder. Interior not seen. Enclosing forecourt of 4 metres deep and 2 bays wide a low stone wall to east, and to south, on low stone base, square wrot iron railings with twist spear heads, matching gates with urn finials to gateposts, return on west; contributing to setting of building.
