House in row, at one time incorporating shop. Probably C17 origins, but modified C18. Local lias stone cut and squared with painted stone dressings; clay pantiled roof between abutments; central stone chimney stack. Two storyes, 4 bays.

Wave aould surrounds with square labels to former mullioned windows, upper bays 1,2 and 4 and lower bay 4, all adapted to take small 12-pane sashes; to lower bays 1 and 2 two angled bay windows of 8+16+8 panes, linked by fascia with rounded ends under lead flat roof; to lower bay 3 a 3 panel door under moulded flat timber hood on shaped brackets.

Interior not seen, but reported are beams with stepped runout stops, a stud and panel screen, and lateral rear fireplace. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1974).
