TG 2207 NW NEWMARKET ROAD (south-east side) 27/576 5.6.72. No. 20 GV II House. Mid C19. Yellow brick (part-painted); hipped slate roof; 2 brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 3 first floor windows. End pilasters and slightly projecting centre bay. 2 steps up to panelled and part-glazed door and fanlight with radial glazing bars in recessed gauge brick round- headed arch. Sash windows with glazing bars (16 panes in end bays) have flat gauged brick arches.
