TG 2207 NW NEWMARKET ROAD (North West side) 27/545 5.6.72 No. 33a GV II House. Mid C19. Red brick; hipped pantile roof; brick chimney. 2 storeys; one first-floor window. 6-panelled door to right has simple moulded doorcase.

16-pane sash windows have flat gauged brick arches. Round-headed doorway in flat-roofed extension to left adjoins the rear of No.35 Newmarket Road (q.v.) This house is set well back from the building line.
