TQ 2981 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER SOHO SQUARE, W1 58/18 24.2.58 Statue of Charles II in Square garden GV II Standing figure. 1681 by Caius Gabriel Cibber, originally placed in the centre of square garden. Apparently Portland stone, badly weathered, life size figure of the King in light armour with full bottomed wig removed to Grims Dyke, Harrow Weald it 1875-76, returned to square in 1938.
