Cl8. 0riginally a private house. 2 storeys in brick. Pantile roof. Newly pointed parapet with corniced capping, 6 windows, painted brick voussoirs, flush frames, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Passage doorway with brick arch, blocked rectangular fanlight. Stone plinth. 3 brick chimneys.
