Front left corner overlapped by front outshut of adjoining property (which is not of special interest). Corbelled chimney at east gable; ridge chimney at junction to left. Rear has inserted back door to right, small stair-window in centre, and 2 other windows on each floor. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms group with the Old School (qv) diagonally opposite to the south-west.
