House, now offices. C18 with earlier origins. Painted brick; Welsh slate roof to front, C20 plain tiles to rear; 2, C20 brick ridge stacks. 2-storeys and probable cellar; 2-window range: late C19 margin-glazed sashes in moulded cases under segmental arches; storey band. To left, C20 brick arch over passage to rear; 2 margin-glazed sashes to right; storey band.

Right returned side: rubble, rendered to 1st floor level; brick blocked opening; inserted C20 casement; brick quoins; C18 rainwater head. Late C19 range to rear. Passage to rear has rubble on right with inserted C20 door opening; 1 exposed chamfered ceiling beam. 1st floor over rear archway of C17 box framing with C19 casements inserted.
