Circa 1836. Keeper's House in association with Royal Victoria Arcade by Wesmacott. 2 storeys stuccoed. Slightly recessed entrance bay. 1st floor sill course and ground floor moulded sill course the wall rusticated below. Flat eaves to low pitch slate roof. Flat entablature over entrance bay. On 1st floor 3 close set windows and 1 over doorway, small flanking pilasters architrave arches over blocked, except over door. On ground floor 3 similar but taller close set round headed windows. Door of 4 flush panels.

Incised pointing to wall each side and incised voussior's and keystone to flat arch over.
