COLLINGBOURNE DUCIS A 338 SU 25 SW (east side) 8/123 No 83 (Bumpkins) and No 84 (Dormy Cottage) II

House, now 2 cottages. C17. Timber framed with brick noggings, extended to right (No 84) by late C20 brick cross wing. Thatched roof. Single storey and attic. Bays 2 : 1/2 : 1 probably with original lobby entry in the half bay. Framing 3 panels high with straight corner braces. Entrance to Bumpkins now in C20 brick porch. Small paned leaded windows and leaded flush dormer. Dormy Cottage occupies right bay of original house, with stack added on back of original hall stack. Casement windows, and one flush dormer. Roof half hipped to left, and C20 slated lean-to added to gable end.
