Circa 1800 town house similar in type to No 212 Barkerend Road. Two storeys, narrow stone "bricks". Ashlar plinth, crisply cut moulded cornice and blocking course.

Stone slate roof, coped gable ends, corniced flanking chimneys. Five window segmental front. Sashes in shallow reveals with block sills. Central first floor window has architrave surround, frieze with fluted triglyphs and moulded cornice over; the sill has a moulded edge and is supported by fluted block consoles. Slender monolith Tuscan column doorway with broken entablature and delicate, open, moulded pediment; fluted doorhead and semi-circular fanlight. Interior altered C19 but retaining open string staircase with scrolled and S pattern wrought iron bannisters, moulded swept handrail. The rear elevation retains glazing bar sashes and large round headed stair light.
