RAMSGATE VICTORIA PARADE TR 3865 SE (north side) 10/410 Nos. 3 to 10 Coastguard Cottages GV II Coastguard cottages. 1865. Red brick with ashlar dressings with slate roof. Two storey and attic on plinth with cill band, quoins and parapet.

Symmetrical facade with 4 gabled projections with ball finials. Five stacks ranged from left to right. Wooden mullioned casements in stone surrounds, 12 bays in all, doubled to gabled projections, and of 3 lights with mullion and transoms on ground floor between projections.

Single storey porches with parapets attached to gabled projections, with boarded doors with fanlights on return sides. Part of an open courtyard complex. (Busson, Ramsgate, 107).
