3 houses. C17 or early C18. Roughcast with slate roofs. 2 storeys, 8 bays, 1st 3 bays lower and end 2 bays under gable forming return to High Waterhead.

Most windows have casements; that to 3rd bay of ground floor has small-paned fixed glazing; 4th bay has fire window to left of sashed window with vertical glazing bars, 6th bay of ground floor and 4th, 5th, 6th bays of 1st floor have sashed windows with vertical glazing bars. Entrances have gabled canopies, that to 5th bay (Boon Crag Cottage) has 4-panel door. Right return of 2 bays has casement windows and central entrance with gabled slate canopy. Gable-end stacks, that to left is rounded. Lean-to outshut and wing under cat slide roof to rear. Interior said to have upper cruck trusses; Boon Crag Cottage has panelled partition with 2-panel doors and corbelled stone fireplace, keystone with carved vase of flowers.
