Early-mid C19 stock brick building of 2 storeys, 3 bays. Slate roof has gabled ends with bargeboards. Gauged flat brick arches to small-paned sash windows.

Carriage door at right with loading door over. Group value.

Moorcroft, the Wall to South, House to North-East, stable and Coachhouse to North and Vine Cottage form a group.
