Front elevation probably brick, stuccoed and blocked out; left return roughcast; slate roof;stacks with handmade brick shafts. Plan: single depth block with a rear left wing. Exterior: 2 storeys; Asymmetrical 3-bay front. Parapet with small moulded brackets above a cornice. 2 C20 shop windows with adjacent doors in the centre; three 9/6-pane horned sashes on the first floor. Interior: Ground floor gutted for shops; features of interest may survive in the rear wing and first floor. Included for group value.
