House and 2 shops. C17 with late C18 rear parallel unit. Timber-framed, plastered, brick, C20 clay tile roof. Rectangular plan. 2 storey and rear attic. S front elevation: ground floor, 2 early C20 shop fronts, now with late C20 plate glass. First floor painted brick with roof hipped at W end, dentilled eaves cornice. 3 windows, wooden flush frames, sashes two 4x4 panes, one 3x4 panes. W end elevation: 2 blocks as `double pile', timber-framed, plastered over brick ground floor. Front block, roof hip has peg tiles, junction of front facing wall to timber framing clear. Rear block, stopped slated gable with ridge stack, ground floor C19 segment headed simple sliding sash (plain panes), C20 2-light casement 2x2 panes. Behind roof, set back, higher clay tiled gambrel roof to attic with C20 2x3 paned casement window. N rear elevation mainly obscured but C20 2-light casement dormer window central to gambrel roof. First floor walling plastered with a C19 3x4 paned sash window and C20 casments. RCHM records a cupboard with C17 panelled door.
